2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Shipping Time: 7 - 14 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 17 business days from the date the order is placed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery via our website or standard package tracking portals.

4. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives within the stated timeframe, occasional shipping delays may occur due to external factors such as severe weather conditions, carrier backlogs, customs clearance delays, or holidays. For orders shipped within the United States, items are generally delivered without additional customs charges.
